The Challenge

Our client approached us with a basic but unique request: to transform a refurbished house into an immersive audio and video environment for a young man, to honor the wishes of his late father, without compromising on aesthetics or everyday usability. They were frustrated by mainstream audio solutions that fell short in clarity, power, and integration with their interior design. 

The Solution

We curated and installed a bespoke high-end audio system built around the legendary Denon and Denon Home electronics, massive Hisense televisions and Paradigm speakers, with the low bass of SVS – brands synonymous with precision, warmth, and power.

The system was designed for both musical performance and cinematic impact, as well as immersive gaming potential, seamlessly integrated into the carefully designed contemporary look.

Each component was carefully selected to optimise soundstage, tonal balance, and user experience, including:

• Denon AV-CX3800 multi-zone receiver
• Paradigm Premier 5-channel loudspeakers, as well as weatherproof outdoor speakers for the outdoor pool area, and in-ceiling speakers for the indoor braai area to provide fully integrated multi-room sound
• A SVS PB1000Pro subwoofer to provide the room-filling bass needed
• Denon Home soundbar, subwoofer and Home150 active speaker for additional multi-room sound in the bedroom and kitchen
• A massive 100″ Hisense UHD Smart TV for the living room and a Hisense 75″ television for the bedroom
• Custom cabling and isolation for minimal signal loss and vibration.
